Until you graduate, meet a chick/guy, get serious, and want to buy a home.<br /><br />Well, guess what. The first thing these lending institutes want you to pay off is you high interest loans, and then your student loans.<br /><br />Well, my student loans were like $40,000. Yeah, that sucked.<br /><br />So, my soon to be wife and I dropped to a sckitzo shithole apartment to pay things off.
